Never been fond of handling raw meat (always use gloves as even the thought of not makes me feel ill) so making chicken goujons was… interesting. It reminds me why I’d prefer to go back to being vegetarian *shudder*
Regardless, the raw chicken was dunked in egg, flour and breadcrumbs before shallow frying. Will be serving up with fake-fries (roast potato chips) and salad. Nom nom.
